1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TREZ Miner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. No Financial Advice

  • TREZ Miner is provided for experimental, educational, and entertainment purposes only.
  • Nothing in this software constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.
  • You are solely responsible for your use of the software, including any profits, losses, or taxes that may result.

3. Wallets & Private Keys

  • You are fully responsible for managing your wallet files, private keys, and recovery phrases.
  • Loss of keys means permanent loss of funds. TREZ Miner developers cannot restore, recover, or reset lost keys.
  • You must take appropriate measures to back up and secure your wallet information.

4. Mining & Rewards

  • Mining TREZ tokens requires computational effort and may consume significant CPU/GPU resources.
  • Network conditions, transaction fees, and token availability may affect your ability to claim rewards.
  • No guarantees are made regarding reward amounts, token values, or network stability.

5. Transaction Fees

  • All network fees are standard Solana blockchain transaction costs, measured in lamports.
  • TREZ, its developers, and its team do not collect or retain any portion of these fees.
  • Any SOL deducted while mining, sending tokens, or registering wallets is paid directly to the Solana network to validate and confirm transactions.
  • TREZ Miner does not impose additional charges, hidden costs, taxes, or developer fees of any kind.

6. Liability Waiver

By using this software, you agree that:

  • The developers of TREZ Miner are not liable for:
    • Bugs, crashes, or unexpected behavior in the software.
    • Network downtime or RPC connection failures.
    • Incorrect transactions, lost funds, or failed claims.
    • Hardware damage, performance degradation, or overheating caused by mining.
  • You use TREZ Miner at your own risk.
  • The software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

7. Security

  • Do not share your private keys or recovery phrases with anyone.
  • The developers will never ask for your keys.
  • Always verify downloads come from trusted sources to avoid tampered or malicious copies.

8. Updates

  • The developers may release updates to improve performance or fix issues.
  • You are responsible for updating your software.
  • Older versions may become unsupported at any time.

9. Third-Party Services

TREZ Miner may rely on third-party services (e.g., Solana RPC providers, blockchain explorers). The developers are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or policies of these services.

10. Termination of Use

  • You may stop using the software at any time.
  • The developers reserve the right to discontinue support or terminate distribution of TREZ Miner without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable local laws.

12. Acknowledgement

By continuing to use TREZ Miner, you confirm that you:

  • Understand the risks of cryptocurrency mining and wallet management.
  • Accept full responsibility for your actions.
  • Agree that the developers hold zero liability for any outcome.
